In a lengthy post, she says she finds the comment "outrageously offensive." And says, "My wearing my hair in locs on an Oscar red carpet was to showcase them in a positive light, to remind people of color that our hair is good enough."?

E!'s Fashion Police host Giuliana Rancic made a lengthier, more heartfelt apology on E! News Tuesday night for her remarks about Zendaya's hair at the Oscars."I want to address something that is weighing heavily on my heart," said Rancic.
