In the upcoming film "Paranoia," Amber Heard plays the love interest of Liam Hemswoth.
Of course, in real life, the 27-year-old beauty has been seeing her "Rum Diary" co-star Johnny Depp. But even on the arm of one of Hollywood's biggest stars, Heard isn't quite ready to settle down.
'I'm not, and wasn't ever, ashamed,' Heard told the magazine of coming out as bisexual in 2010. "I don't imagine myself, my work, or my life fitting into any kind of standardized path," Heard told the September issue of ELLE. "In fact, the idea of there even being a standard freaks me out a lot."
Heard also opened up about coming out as a bisexual in 2010, when she was dating photographer Tasya van Ree
"I didn't want to look like I was hiding anything," Heard said about her girlfriend of three years. "I'm not, and wasn't ever, ashamed."
Heard also talked about how she selects her roles.
It turns out that she's much more action flick than rom-com.
"I try to play characters who are somehow empowered or strong," Heard explained. "People want to put me in a wedding dress and make me the object of affection, but I'd much rather shoot the gun and save the world."
