Casey Kasem's Widow Jean 'cheated on radio legend with 40-something toyboy for years' as her 82-year-old husband's condition worsened, claims his daughter.
The cheating accusation is the latest in a seven-year battle between Jean Kasem, 60, Casey’s second wife, and Kerri and Julie Kasem - his daughters from his first marriage - over how to manage his deteriorating health. The daughters claimed Jean was treating their father cruelly and tried to prevent them from seeing him during the last month before his death from sepsis and dementia. Jean’s reps countered that the older children
were trying to lay claim to Casey’s estimated $80 million estate. On June 13, just two days before her father died, Kerri Kasem, 41, raged at her stepmother, Jean, telling the Hollywood Reporter: 'I want this evil woman in jail for what she has done to this family. And Kerri’s PI, Clarke told the MailOnline: 'I have been hired to gather the facts to prove that Jean Kasem committed a crime. Casey would be alive today - he probably would have lived for another year or more - if it had not been for Jean’s cruelty and abuse. '
Clarke said that the information he is collecting will be used by Kerri and Julie in 'possible legal actions - both criminal and civil' - against Jean. 'Wrongful death, elder abuse, defamation of character, any or all of these cases could be brought to court,' he added. 'Jean has caused and incredible amount of pain and damage to the Kasem family.'The 'crime' that Clarke says he’s trying to persuade Santa Monica police to investigate is Jean’s decision in early May to take Casey from a Santa Monica hospital to a house in Washington state, without informing other family members.

Sensational court documents, obtained by The ENQUIRER, contain the shocking allegations made by Casey’s devoted daughter Kerri saying that for months that his wife Jean had secretly been spending time with a ponytailed man. “I think Jean’s been carrying on an affair with this guy!” claimed an insider. An eyewitness also claims that Jean romped with a younger man and that they were seen kissing and hugging in the driveway and her alleged lover was driving Kasem’s own black Mercedes. Casey – who was married to Jean for 33 years – died June 15 in a Gig Harbor, Wash., hospital more than a month after she removed him from a California nursing home and took him to stay with friends in Washington state.
Following a legal battle brought by his three adult children from a previous marriage, the beloved former host of “American Top 40” and the voice of Shaggy from the “Scooby-Doo”cartoons was moved due to a court order, to St. Anthony Hospital on June 1. In his final days at the facility, a judge sided with Kerri – over Jean’s objections – and discontinued feeding and hydrating the star. Now Jean, who played dimwitted Loretta Tortelli on “Cheers,” is being accused of the unthinkable – cheating on her debilitated husband!
In a legal letter March 19, 2014 Kerri Kasem’s Los Angeles attorney Troy Martin wrote a letter to Jean Kasem’s lawyer, Amy McEvoy, revealing the bombshell allegations.
