Do you think Britain's Got Talent stripper act went too far? (Video)

Britain's Got More Talent has been rapped by the broadcasting watchdog for an episode in which a burlesque act stripped off. Ofcom said that showing a striptease act when many children were watching "clearly crossed" the line before the 9pm watershed.

The spin-off ITV2 show - which the regulator said breached the broadcasting code - was first shown on Saturday April 13 at 8.35pm, but was repeated at 5.30pm, 1.25pm and 6.30am on other days of the week. Almost 350,000 children watched the episode and its repeats.Viewers saw the performer being introduced to BGT judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams in a full-length sequinned dress, necklace and gloves.Singing The Jungle Book's Bare Necessities, Britain's Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern appeared backstage holding a card with the words "Get em off!"

Scarlet unzipped and stepped out of her dress so that she was wearing only a necklace and a feather boa. She then turned to the audience to wiggle and reveal her naked bottom. The images were pixellated and intercut with shots of the audience and judges' reactions and at the end of the performance host Declan Donnelly handed her a dressing gown. ITV disagreed that the pixellation was insufficient and said that the striptease was carefully edited. It said that Britain's Got Talent had featured similar acts, such as Fabia Cerra and Beatrix Von Bourbon, over the years. But Ofcom said that the nudity was more evident than in previous shows due its "frequency and close-up" shots and that the pixellation was of "limited effectiveness".

It said that ITV had not taken adequate steps to limit the images of nudity and that parents were not warned that the content might be unsuitable. Ofcom's director of content standards Tony Close said: "There is a clear line in terms of what it is acceptable to broadcast before the 9pm watershed. "A striptease act broadcast at times when a significant number of children were likely to be watching clearly crossed this line. "The protection of children from potentially harmful content is a key area of concern for Ofcom, reflected in our ongoing work on the enforcement of the 9pm watershed. "We will continue to closely monitor compliance in this area and take appropriate action when needed

Alison Pill on Conan

understand what happened," host Conan O'Brien said. "It's a fascinating story," Pill, 27, explained of the September 2012 incident, "involving not knowing that my new BlackBerry had a touch screen and responding to somebody on Twitter like, 'Oh yeah, New York was great, it's 9:30 on a Wednesday, also, apropos of nothing, here are my boobs!'"Why did she have the photo in the first place? "I had one of these pictures on my phone because I had been away from my, at the time, fiance and we had spoken on the phone the night previous . . ." the actress explained, without going into further detail.

"It's a dumb thing to do, I suppose," Pill admitted of snapping the shot. "And now I realize just how dumb and so embarrassing, so hideously embarrassing that for about three months after it happened…anytime I met a new person I [kept thinking], 'Boobs! Nice to meet you, you've seen my boobs.'"

Jay Baruchel and Alison Pill arrive at the "Goon" Premiere on September 10, 2011 in Toronto, Canada.

After Pill tweeted and quickly deleted the topless photo in September 2012, she wrote, "Yep. That picture happened. Ugh. My tech issues have now reached new heights, apparently. How a deletion turned into a tweet . . . Apologies."

At the time, Pill was engaged to actor Jay Baruchel, who had a good laugh over the incident. "My fiancee is a hilarious dork," the This Is the End actor, 31, tweeted. "I'm just glad it didn't happen to me first. Smartphones will get ya. CC Alison Pill. Viva Ludditism

Who get Reality TV role in exchange of sex (proof?)

Is this is lowest point in the history of reality TV……..?

Tape is below to listen

Reality television matchmaker Steve Ward has been caught on tape promising to cast a high-priced call girl on his VH1 show in exchange for sex, it was claimed last night. Coming forward to RadarOnline.com, an escort made the shocking allegation that lecherous Ward, 32, boasted how “thrilled” he was that he’d hatched the sleazy work-for-sex deal and even bragged that he had the “greatest life known to man.”

On the audio tape — listen to it below — a man can be heard outrageously propositioning the woman during a rendezvous at the W Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., in December last year. The woman, who asked not to be identified, told Radar the voice featured on the recording is that of Ward, best known as the eligible host and executive producer of VH1′s Tough Love. “I will promise to do my very best to get you on my show and put you at the very front of the line to be on my show if you f*ck me, right now,” the supposedly crooked cupid, 32, told her.
“Nobody will know about that. I promise I won’t tell a soul. I promise. I promise. Nobody will know.” The woman consummated the deal, Radar has been told. However, Ward did not pay the vice girl — who advertises her services online for as much as $5000-a-night — for sex.
“I am angling here… (inaudible). You’re in the business of sex so I am going to make you an offer,” the Philadelphia-native proudly told the woman inside the hotel suite, according to the tape. “I think this is f*cking cool. I am pretty sure if I am f*cking you five minutes from now after making this deal, I would be so thrilled that I made a deal and bartered for this.
“I’d be like, this is amazing. I have the greatest life known to man.”
Details of the sex-for-stardom scandal first surfaced on TheDirty.com last week, however the site did not identify Ward despite many commentators suggesting it was Ward.

The man identified as the VH1 host can also be heard telling the buxom blonde she could be a “star” if she appeared on his show, which is now in its fifth season. “I think they’d love it,” he said, referring to his show’s producers. “I think they’d f*cking love it. I think they would eat it up. I think you would be a star. I really do.”

The escort recorded the tape “because she wanted a record of their arrangement,” Radar has been told.

Two months after Ward’s twisted tryst, the woman — who describes herself online as a “natural pleaser” who provides “the most pleasurable experience you have ever had” in exchange for cash — auditioned to appear on his show.“She made it up to the top 10 but then got dropped,” a production source said.“She did what he wanted, gave him what he wanted and he never lived up to his end of the bargain.”Furious at being double crossed, the woman then decided to release the recording. The controversy hits the show on the eve of the Tough Love fifth season premiere on Wednesday and will raise questions about whether Ward exploited his high-profile role. Ward, his management, nor VH1, returned multiple requests for comment.
