V. Stiviano, the woman who was a regular courtside presence at Los Angeles Clippers games next to owner Donald Sterling, is attracting more attention than the players. Audio recordings that surfaced over the weekend purportedly depict an argument between Stiviano and Sterling. If authentic, the recordings seem to reflect Sterling's embarrassment and frustration with Stiviano over her associating with African-Americans at Clippers games and posting such pictures on her Instagram account.

Model Vanessa Stiviano, 31, at center of Donald Sterling race hate scandal after recording his rants. Stiviano was brought up in San Antonio, Texas, in Section 8 housing, by a mother once convicted of using three of her kids to help her steal $113 from a supermarket .Stiviano moved to LA to find fame and fortune and had plastic surgery to improve her 'below average looks'Linked to Jerry Buss, late Lakers owner, amid claims he also gave her a job. Changed her name in 2010, for a very disturbing reason adding: 'I haven't yet been fully accepted' because of her race.Despite claiming she had nothing to do with the leaking of the tapes, she posted messages on Instagram three weeks before scandal erupted, bragging about 'Skeletons in Closet' and 'It's all coming out!'

She's the target of a lawsuit .Just last month, Sterling's wife filed a lawsuit against Stiviano, accusing her having an affair with the billionaire team owner.

In the complaint, Rochelle Sterling accuses Stiviano of targeting extremely wealthy older men. The suit claims that Donald Sterling used the couple's money to buy Stiviano a Ferrari, two Bentleys and a Range Rover. Stiviano also took over a $1.8 million duplex through fraud and received about $250,000 in cash from Sterling, the court document claims.

-Stiviano fought back, saying in another court document that there was nothing wrong with Donald Sterling giving her gifts. She also said she never took advantage of the Clippers owner, who made much of his fortune in real estate.

- Stiviano herself is of mixed race.In the audio recording on TMZ, the woman reminds the man that she is of "mixed" race and part black. In another part of the recording she says she is "black and Mexican."

- She says she's not the one who leaked the tape. Stiviano's lawyer, Mac E. Nehoray, said Stiviano was not the one who publicized the conversation. "This office understands that the currently released audio tape of approximately 15 minutes is a portion of approximately one (1) hour of overall audio recording of Mr. Donald T. Sterling and Ms. Stiviano, and is in fact legitimate," Nehoray said in a news release. "Ms. Stiviano did not release the tape(s) to any news media."

 -She's staying mum. Stiviano, whose first name is Vivian, has just two words posted on her door for reporters: "No comment," CNN affiliate KCBS said. KCBS reporter Greg Mills saw Stiviano walk down a staircase from her duplex in Beverly Grove, Calif., but she darted back up the stairs when she saw him.

By Monday morning, the number of Stiviano's Instagram followers had skyrocketed to 137,000.

Many of Stiviano's photos feature her posing in front of Clippers banners or wearing a bikini. She also has several photos of men wearing baseball caps that read "V. Stiviano."

"One day I will look back at Instagram & say, 'I've been there & I've done that.' I do it all. Artist, Lover, Writer, Chef, Poet, Stylist, Philanthropist," Stiviano's Instagram bio says.

The man alleged to be Sterling in the conversation takes particular exception to one photo he says the woman posted on Instagram. It was a photo of her and basketball legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson. "In your lousy f**ing Instagrams, you don't have to have yourself with -- walking with black people," the man says. "If it's white people, it's OK?" she responds. "If it was Larry Bird, would it make a difference?"The website TMZ said the conversation reportedly took place on April 9. One day later, Stiviano posted a photo of a wedding gown on Instagram. "I THINK IM READY?" she wrote, adding hashtags such as "#beautiful #amazing #grace #lover #modern #day #marriage to #myself #weddingdress #justforfun."

"IM PATIENTLY WAITING," she added.

For about a year now, it’s been rumored that “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star MiMi Faust and her boyfriend, Nikko, had a sex tape floating around. In the newly released “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” super trailer, the existence of the video was confirmed by MiMi, Nikko, Stevie and Joseline.“I’m in such another place, I don’t even realize when that camera is on,” MiMi tells Nikko in the trailer.Well, the camera was definitely on and according to TMZ, those tapes have been acquired by Vivid Entertainment. Vivid executive Steve Hirsch says he acquired the tape and recently got MiMi and Nikko to sign off on it. According to Hirsch, “Love & Hip Hop” producers have also given their blessing on the tape. The tape, which has been titled “MiMi & Nikko: Scandal In Atlanta,” will be released later this month.

The 25-year-old party gal graces the cover Golf Digest's Annual Fitness Issue, according to an email blast that was sent to subscribers this week.

Golf Digest put Paulina Gretzky, the daughter of hockey great Wayne Gretzky, on its cover and some pro golfers weren't too happy with the decision. The 25-year-old graces the cover of the April edition wearing white yoga pants and a sports bra while leaning against a golf club. She likes to dabble in golf a little, but mostly she's known to the golfing world as the girlfriend of PGA Tour star Dustin Johnson. Some golfers didn't understand why she was chosen for the cover in the first place. “It’s frustrating for female golfers," golfer Stacy Lewis said.

"It’s kind of the state of where we’ve always been. We don’t get respect for being the golfers that we are. Obviously, Golf Digest is trying to sell magazines. But at the same time you’d like to see a little respect for the women’s game."Inbee Park, the world's No. 1 female golfer didn't even know who Paulina Gretzky was.

“It’s frustrating because it’s Golf Digest; it’s not Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue,” golf pro Julie Inkster said.

“I think they should maybe recognize some of the great women golfers that we have. It’s like, What do you have to do to get a little respect? I’m guaranteeing you right now, it was not a woman editor who chose that cover.”

Golf Digest defended its decision to feature Gretzky, pointing out that she's a celebrity in the golf world because of her boyfriend and because of her connection to professional hockey.

“Sports figures, celebrities and models have appeared on Golf Digest covers since the magazine's beginning," Golf Digest Editor-in-Chief Jerry Tarde said. “Paulina ranks at the high end of the golf celebrity scene today, and she has a compelling story to tell. She also might get some new people interested in the game."

“OK, so I think next month the cover should be Paula Creamer’s fiancé, who’s a fighter pilot, or Brittany Lincicome’s hot boyfriend, who’s a long-drive hitter. Put one of them on there," Inkster said.
